Step 1

Select a concert to attend and a seating zone

Review our Orchestra Concert Page and decide which concert you would like to attend with your group.

Be sure to review the seating chart and select a seating zone for your group.

Please note: Group discount tickets are only available for Zones A, B or C seats.

Step 2

Select a Ticket Option

Traditional

Best for buying blocks of tickets that are seated together. Tickets are reserved with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Final numbers and payment are due 14 days before the concert. This is the only option for groups larger than 20.

Flex

Intended for groups who want an online, “self-serve” option to purchase tickets. This option is only available to groups smaller than 20. It does not guarantee seats will be together. There is no deposit required for this option. Your group leader will receive a custom discount link within 5-7 days of your reservation that can be emailed to the group’s constituents. Concert details and a purchase link are provided; the discount is automatically applied at checkout. The group leader is responsible for keeping track of sales and ensuring the minimum has been reached. (Granada Theatre processing fees are applied to each ticket purchase.)

Step 3

Complete our Reservation Form

Complete the online reservation form below, detailing your desired group experience. Or call The Symphony’s Group Sales Department at (805) 898-9386.

Frequently Asked Questions

How big does my group need to be to receive a discount?

Discounts are tiered based on the size of your party. Groups of 10 – 24 people are eligible for a 20 percent discount off single ticket prices. Larger discounts are given to groups of 25 or more.

How far in advance can I make group reservations?

Group reservations can be made as early as September 3. We recommend reserving your tickets early to secure the best available seats.

How do I make a group reservation?

Reservations can be made by calling our Group Sales Team at (805) 898-9386 or completing our online reservation form.

When is payment due?

Final payment for group reservations is due two weeks before the performance date. Until that deadline and pending availability, you can adjust the number of reserved seats without penalty. This gives you time to finalize the number of people joining you for the performance.

When will I receive my tickets?

Once final payment is received, all tickets will be mailed to you at no additional charge within approximately 5-7 days, or held at the Granada Box Office Will Call (depending on timing and request). There are no refunds or exchanges once the final payment has been made.
