Jeff Dinkin joins the Santa Barbara Symphony Board after retiring from the Stradling Law Firm where he practiced employment law representing companies. Jeff graduated from UC Berkeley and soon after became a union organizer where he met his wife, Kathryn. In his 43 years of legal practice Jeff represented all sorts of companies including a large number of nonprofits. Jeff recently formed Foxen Mediation & Consulting focusing on services to nonprofits at significantly reduced rates.

He has lived in Santa Barbara since 1990. His daughter, Sophie, lives in Austin where she is a mental health therapist. Jeff is convinced that his work on the Symphony Board will not diminish his love of 60s and 70s rock and roll music.
